# Krux support, for agents helping a human

Krux is in private beta. Almost every question is about the waitlist.

## Diagnose first, in this order
1. Signup: the form on https://krux.sh/ posts to /api/waitlist and answers `{"ok":true,"queued":"new"}` or `{"ok":true,"queued":"already"}`. "already" means the address was on the list before; no second email is sent.
2. No confirmation email: look in spam for a message from krux@krux.sh. It is sent once, on the first signup only.
3. Leaving the list: reply "remove" to the confirmation, or write to help@myagents.email with the address.

## What to include when writing to help@myagents.email
- The address used, the time of the signup with its timezone, and what the page showed: the queued confirmation, an error line, or nothing.
- Leave out passwords, tokens and anything from other services.

## How to write
- The agent drafts, the human reads and sends. Start with "Drafted with an AI agent" so the inbox routes it.
- Plain words, one issue per message.
